Hot on the heels of her beloved Marriage to a Billionaire novels, New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst nails it with the first in an all-new sexy romance series featuring red-hot contractor siblings who give the Property Brothers a run for their money!
Ever the responsible eldest brother, Caleb Pierce started working for his father’s luxury contracting business at a young age, dreaming of one day sitting in the boss’s chair. But his father’s will throws a wrench in his plans by stipulating that Caleb share control of the family business with his two estranged brothers.
Things only get more complicated when demanding high-end home designer Morgan hires Caleb to build her a customized dream house that matches her specifications to a T—or she’ll use her powerful connections to poison the Pierce brothers’ reputation. Not one to ignore a challenge, Caleb vows to get the job done—if only he can stop getting distracted by his new client’s perfect…amenities.
But there’s more to icy Morgan than meets the eye. And Caleb’s not the only one who knows how to use a stud-finder. In fact, Morgan is pretty sure she’s found hers—and he looks quite enticing in a hard hat. As sparks fly between Morgan and Caleb despite his best intentions not to mix business and pleasure, will she finally warm up and help him lay the foundation for everlasting love?
Review
You know that couple you want to read about always? The attractive, successful, confident, sexy but down to earth guy; the sassy, feisty, gorgeous, strong and smart woman; the witty banter and the sizzling hot passion between them? Well, it’s time to get excited because Jennifer Probst just served up a dose of everything you’ll ever want in a romance! EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY is all about passion, emotions and family.
Caleb Pierce has dreamed of taking the helm at the family business all his life but his father’s difficult, demanding and manipulative ways while alive have nothing on the stipulations in his will for how the company should be managed. Faced with losing the company he has given his entire life to, Caleb has an uphill task convincing his estranged brothers to abide by the terms of the will.
Things get even more complicated when he gets outmaneuvered by a pushy home designer determined to have him build her clients’ house. With the company losing clients left and right and the conditions of the will to deal with, it’s do or die for Cal and he has no choice but to take the job. Cal gets more than he expected because Morgan Raines is more than just a pretty face.
In her pink work boots and pink hard hat and with her pink tools, she’s ready to get down and dirty with the crew on the job and she really earns the respect of his men as she pitches in to help. And she fires him up like no woman before her has ever done.
EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY packs a two-for-one punch. While things steam up between Morgan and Cal, his relationship with his brothers is at best frosty and he has to take the lead on fixing things, even if it means letting them have input in how the company is run instead of calling all the shots. Not an easy thing for him to do but necessary, to begin the healing among them.
I had so much fun reading this book and really enjoyed the banter between Morgan and Cal which was layered with so many metaphors, from books to chips to wood (you have to read it to figure this part out). Morgan is a southern gal through and through, all sass and steel wrapped up in a pretty package. Cal is hot and sexy and if imagining that hot body and his tool belt strapped to his waist doesn’t get you going, I don’t know what will. I don’t watch HGTV but Ms. Probst has certainly made me want to check out the Property Brothers now!
The second book promises to be even more exciting and I can’t wait to get to the secrets and scandals it hints at.
