I love the Masters of Club Sin and have certain expectations of them but COMMANDED shows us a different side to Sawyer: possessive but not overly so, tender, protective and charming and I love the fact that he respected Chloe’s professional abilities and did not try to control her. Chloe is confident and good at what she does and thankfully not jaded by the things she sees in her work and while she is the most unlikely match for Sawyer, they fit like two pieces of a whole.
I was quite surprised at the twist in the story but I like that Ms. Kennedy introduced something different to the series and I look forward to seeing how these two parts of Sawyer meld in future books. I don’t think the twist with his sister was needed because Sawyer and Chloe were enough to keep me entertained.
With this new installment, Stacey Kennedy keeps it interesting and shows why her Club Sin series is so highly anticipated.
